I-140 approved options

Hi,

here is my situation - 

i-140 approved with employer A, H1-B valid till sept 2019
wife on h4 and working...EAD valid till sept 2019

scenario 1

same employer A , change of state - 
    - do i have file perm labor again? if yes, 
    - can i retain priority date?
    - do we need to file for EAD again or she can work on existing permit without any gap

scenario 2    
employer B,  same state and county,
    - i will have to file perm labor. 
    - can i retain priority date?
    - do we need to file for EAD again or she can work on existing permit without any gap
    
In general what are the conditions to port priority date ?
    - job title/responsibilities same as original perm labor?
    - same job location?

it doesn't matter, PD can be applied when your new employer files 140 as long as your previous 140 is not revoked due to fraud or mis-representation.
