H1 Transfer

Hi All,

I work for employer A and I just got a full time offer from employer B(Client). B is going to apply for my h1 transfer in regular processing. Is it advisable to work as soon as I receive my receipt notice? I have good terms with employer A and they will NOT withdraw H1 or I140 even if I move to employer B.

PS: I just got my I140 approved with employer A last week and my current h1 is expiring in October and by then I will be completing my 6 years in h1.
