Title change after approved I-140

Message: Hi , my I-140 was filed and approved as a developer . There is a opportunity for me to step into leadership role ( team lead ) . My h1b extension beyond 6 years is coming up , can I amend/extend my h1b with the new title ? Will there be any impact on my I-140 with the new tile ? My new title will have additional responsibilities including the responsibilities that are on my approved I-140
