GC EAD Automatic Renewals and Extension Process

I have recently gotten my GC EAD (Feb 2017) and is valid for a year. Based on the new rule implemented, I wanted to understand the auto renewal process for EAD recently obtained. My category is C09P.

1) Is this category eligible for automatic EAD renewals?

2) If so, what is the process and how long before the extension process should be initiated?

3) Also, if you can provide more details on this category and what needs to be kept in mind while moving employers.
