H-4 EAD Lawsuit Question

Hi -

As everyone knows H-4 EAD Program Faces Continuing Wounds of Lawsuit with that said; Save Jobs USA filed the lawsuit again in Department of Justice (DOJ).

I know that this lawsuit was twice  rejected by Court during DEMS rule and any changes to H4 EAD has to be gone through rule making process.

But my simple question is does Department of Justice (DOJ) has ability to revoke the H4 EAD Work  Authorization if Save Jobs USA wins this lawsuit?

If DOJ have power to revoke it will be effectively immediately or they will give some notice period for H4 EAD community ?
