raftaar Posted March 9, 2017 Report Share Posted March 9, 2017 Dear forum members I had applied for my EAD renewal. (L2 based EAD) Our visa has expired, but extension is approved. But I just realised that I sent my RECEIPT notice (I-797) instead of my approval notice to USCIS. I did send my husbands approval notice though. I am fearing that I may get an RFE or application may get rejected. Its been 60 days since the application Is there any way I can send my approval documents now, so that I dont get RFE or doesnt get delyed Thanks a lot in advance Link to comment
