ISC_8575 Posted February 28, 2017 Report Share Posted February 28, 2017 Hi, Received RFE during I140 premium processing. Reason for RFE : University lost accreditation (ACICS). When I earned my degree university had accreditation. what are my chances of I140 getting approved? What documents do I need from the university to send over to USCIS? how long after I send the supporting documents will I hear back about the decision on I140? Link to comment
