Her H4 EAD application packet has been sent and USCIS acknowledged as her application received on Feb-14. My employer is about to start my H1B Amendment in couple of days (Say Feb -24-2017) , is this Amendment process will impact my spouse H4 EAD processing ?? We both have our existing petitions valid till 2020 . Appreciate your help and let me know for adding more details to it. Link to comment

Was H4 EAD approved before amendment was approved or after amendment was approved. Your response can help many people like me who are in same situation. Thanks in advance. Link to comment
