RFE for Location Change is in process can I change Employer.

Hi,

Currently H1B Amendments for location changes are  in progress with USCIS.
Got 2 RFEs for 2 location changes from employer A, replied with all evidences requested by USCIS.
RFE status is in process.

1)Now is it possible to do H1B  transfer to employer B?

2) If it is possible what are all documents required for USCIS for H1B transfer.

3) Will it create any impact on current RFE process? After submission and receipt of evidences how much time it will take to get the approval for RFEs.

Maybe the simplest way is for B to file with PP and you leave and return with the H1 visa thus eliminating the current situation from the equation.
