Payroll company and TAX ID going to be change after I140 before H1 approval

1. Perm approved with payroll company ABC NA Llc
2. I140 Approved ABC NA Llc
3. H1B is yet to approved within a month or so(as per Nebraska speed projection)

• Now "ABC NA Llc" is going to be "ABC Something Something" with a different TAX ID & EIN.
• No change in management, work location. All remain same.
• In fact this is happening just to avoid previous tax issue. Changes will be done in in house ERP.

Q1. Does PERM need to be be refiled with "ABC Something Something"?

Q2. Does only I140 need to be be refiled with "ABC Something Something"?

Q3. Does anything need to be done at all?
