Job change options for employer petitioned & sponsored EB-1A (extraordinary ability)

Case background
- Category: EB-1A extraordinary ability
- Petitioner & Sponsor: Employer
- Beneficiary: Self
- Status: I-140 approved; I-485 filed and under processing

Questions:
1. Can I change jobs while my I-485 is pending for LESS THAN 6 months without hurting my GC process? Keep in mind, my case is based on my ability, but my case is complicated because the petitioner & sponsor is my employer (not self-petitioned as is typical of EB-1 EA cases.
1.1 If yes, does my new job have to be in the field in which I have indicated my "extraordinary ability"?
1.3 If the new job is in another field then what are the repercussions?

2.1 If I change jobs after my I-485 is pending for MORE THAN 6 months (leveraging AC21 rule), does my new job have to be in the field in which I have indicated my "extraordinary ability"?
2.2 If the new job is in another field then what are the repercussions?

3.1 If I change job soon after getting my GC (say, 1 month after getting GC), does my new job have to be in the field in which I have indicated my "extraordinary ability"?
3.2 If the new job is in another field then what are the repercussions?

I am in similar situation, my EB1A I 140 was approved in July 2016. I accepted another job offer in September 2016 and my H1 transfer was approved in Sep 2016. I filed 485 in October.

I 140 approval job description --> Signal processing from Seismic (job location: Dallas)

New Job: Data Anaysis from Power Grids (job location: Portland)

Any chances of RFE or any other flag?

Thanks

I'm in a similar situation and have a related question. My I140 (EB1-B) was approved last year, and I applied for my I485 in November 2016. I read here http://www.*************/ that if I wait 6 months after my I485 is pending and then take up a new job, I can 'keep my GC'. My question is, will my new employer need to do any paperwork at all in that case (like H1 transfer, refile I485)? Or do I just use my GC EAD to start working with my new employer and just wait for the original GC application to go thru?
