VasuSatish Posted January 10, 2017 Report Share Posted January 10, 2017 Hi, I applied for H4 COS & H4-ead with along my husband's H1B extension in premium. All of them have expiry date as March 2017. My spouse H1B extension got approved in premium , but my H4 COS & H4 ead went into normal processing. My question is 1. As i applied the H4 COS with my spouse's old H1B 797 which will expire in March 2017, if my H4 COS will not get approved by March 2017(most likely it wont) what will happen to the COS (I539) application ?
