I-485 (pending GC) marrying a foreign national

I have I-485 (pending GC). My father is the primary applicant (he does not have a GC yet either). If I am to marry a foreign national currently residing outside the United States:

1. Will my current immigration status change?

2. If my spouse is come to U.S,, on what visa can he come?

3. Are there any legal restrictions I need to consider?

Once you marry, you would no longer qualify as dependent under your father's application, so your I-485 would become invalid.
