H1 transfer while H1 amendement and extension in process

Hi,

I am currently working for an employer who decided to do an LCA Amendement due to role change in job. But, by the time LCA Amendment is approved, my existing H1B petition may expire. When I communicated this, employer decided to do an extension along with LCA Amendment.

Now, if I wanted to change my employer; can my would be new employer transfer my H1B to his organization ( while H1 Extension and LCA amendment in process).
