H1- out of status in the past

Hi,

When I changed my employer, I resigned previous employer in June, new employer has delayed in applying for h1 transfer (Filed in Aug). but I was being paid by him. Now anyways I have jumped to another employer and got my h1 transfer approval. But time between June-Aug, was I out of status? 

Now if I want to clear that from my records, as I am planning to go to India in this Feb can I get a new stamping there? Any recent stamping experiences in Hyderabad?

If your First employer did not send the revocation notice to USCIS in June / JULY then you are not out of status.

But if he did then technically you are. But since you have received 2 new H1B transfers successfully you should be ok.
