H4 EAD Renewal - H4 approved can i work?

hi,

I applied for my H4 EAD renewal after I received my H4 extension approval. I have a job offer on hand but my  EAD has expired and the renewal is pending. Can I start working now ??

You need to wait for the EAD approval.
