H1brenewalincan Posted January 6, 2017 Report Posted January 6, 2017 I was recently arrested and I would like to know if I could go get my visa stamped in Vancouver. I was arrested for DUI but was not convicted. Would it be easier if I went to Canada than going to India?
gopalakrishnach Posted January 6, 2017 Report Posted January 6, 2017 Depending on what you said no matter wherever you go, I feel you can expect more chances of Administrative Processing and that to for some time. I feel since you have lengthy Administrative Processing I guess its better for you to go to your homeland I guess India. This is just my personal opinion.

pagladeewana Posted January 10, 2017 Report Posted January 10, 2017 You cannot travel to canada for 10 years (unless you apply for TRP) if you have DUI . Dont attempt to cross the border they will send you back.
