jansim400 Posted January 5, 2017 Report Share Posted January 5, 2017 Hi, My H1B visa expired on Sep 30th 2016. However I have an extension valid until 2019 (with I-94). I also have a Canada PR. I need to visit Canada for a week and return to the US. Am I eligible to return without having to go for stamping? Appreciate your advice. Thanks Sj Link to comment
