GC sponsorship from family and employment based.

I have an approved I-140 (EB-2) and H-1 B till 2019 from my current employer. I have a sibling who is a US citizen and willing to sponsor my GC. Employment based processing is faster (not drastically), would there be any adverse impact on my my H-1B or Employment based GC process if my family member also files a family based GC and I have 2 concurrent GC applications?

Your F4 wait is about 13 years. EB2 if you are from India has a PD in 2008. That is likely to move and the wait time will not necessarily be 8 years. So while you can have your sibling file in F4. it makes no sense.

You can have both I-140 and I-130 in parallel. No issues.

The PD for family category 4, sibling of US citizen, is 12+ years out, btw.

The 'No-Immigration' folks are baying for blood and a wall around the US. Who knows what is in store? Might as well apply in both categories.
