Given the current political scenario, there seems to be a lot of fear in the air about Trump reversing the H4 EAD and so a lot of people are advising me to switch to H1B. What are the consequences of doing so? Is this is a valid fear and is this the safer approach? How would this adversely impact my employment status if at all.
