Visa stamping with 3 months of delay in joining

Hello,

My wife got her visa in October 2015 but joined work only in Jan 2016. We are going for visa stamping this month.

She was in her initial pregnancy period that time and was unable to join work and hence there was a gap of 3 months between her H1B approval date and her joining date. Also later in March she took a 2 month break (March and April) for her delivery

Could anyone please let us know if it would be a problem while we go for our stamping?
