mickey27 Posted January 3, 2017 Report Posted January 3, 2017 Hi, Currently I am on H1 and planning to convert into H4 EAD as my H1 is coming to an end in 2018. My spouse H1 extension is in April 2017 at that time if her employer files for a extension using premium and applies for my H1 to H4 conversion would my case also be processed in the premium?
