H1 approved on Indian Citizenship

Hello,

I've H1B approved on an Indian passport.  I'll soon get an Australian citizenship.  I've still not got the stamping done for my H1-B.  If I change my citizenship, would the H1-B hold good or it would become void?

Can I go for the stamping now (on Indian passport) and then go in for an amendment later?

Any help / guidance in this regard would be of great help.
