Hi ,
I had a successful H1B visa stamped in Ottawa on December 22 , 2016. I travelled by land (by my car) from USA to Ottawa,Canada.
I had my passport stamped (entry stamp) when i entered Canada and when I came back to USA (by car) i did not have any entry stamp on passport. The officer at the border just checked something on my passport and i said i am good to go. I came home and checked online to see my updated i94  (https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home) and everything looks good , the updated i94 has my correct details (like : recent entry date, admit until date and other details) but the entry stamp in passport is missing (like when i entered USA i believe my passport should have entry stamp) .

Is there something I need to do or contact the CBP for this? Or is this normal?

Anyone with any knowledge on this please suggest or update me on this.
Thanks in advance.
