I797 Approved, can i transfer to existing employer ?

Hello Team,

I am working for a company A, but company B has sponsored H1b and got I797 approval.

1) So, if i go ahead and get stamping done, will the annotation in the visa stamp will have Company A details ? and if i transfer later will annotations need to be changed by visiting embassy ?

2) If i want to transfer the H1b to existing company i.e., company A, it should be done after H1b stamp with annotation of Company B details or do i need to get stamped with Company A details and then ask company A to initiate visa transfer ? after submitting the h1b transfer petition i can travel to USA or only after approval i can travel ? after entering USA should i say i work for Company A though annotations still say as Company B, is this not an issue ? 

3) Also i heard in the above point 1 and 2, if i transfer my H1b then VO might questions why did you transfer without even working with company B, and can have issues in stamping, is this right ?

4) If i have an H1b stamped, then i can transfer to any employer without stamping again, is this right ? even before i enter USA ?

    Please advice.
