H4 EAD different employer

Hello, 

I worked for employer A on OPT in 2013 and they've initiated GC process and my i140 is approved recently. 

I'm working for employer C on H1b since 2014. Can my spouse apply for a h4 EAD though my i140 is not with current employer ?
