SrinivasH1B Posted December 28, 2016 Report Posted December 28, 2016 I got denide status to my H1b Dec 8th 2016,reason is employee degree and responsibility are not matched. my employer going to appeal now but when I get the replay from USCIS and how much possibility is there to get approval for this reason. Please give the replay any body.
