planning to move in to motorhome for some time

Hi,

My I140 approved on Feb 20116 with perm date Jan 2015 currently on H1B with dependent on EAD (not working). I work from mostly with lot of trip to different states or places for work. I am thinking of an opportunity here to live in a motor home and travel around for work and also visit lot of other places on the way and staying with family all the time( planning to do this for 8 to 10 months or may be more if it suits with out any issues ). Not sure if there are an legal issues I might face doing that as I will not have a home address. Can I give a friends address as care of address and do. Are there any other issues or complications I might face doing this ?

will it not affect the LCA ? since you don't have a home address from the place it is filed ? or is P.O.box good enough for that ? also what if I added my name to my friends apartment lease ?

The LCA has to specify where you work. It has nothing to do with your home address. It is the work address. If you work remotely, it of course has to list your physical place of work. You need to discuss this with a good immigration lawyer.

A PO Box is only for mail, including USCIS mail. But they also may want a physical address.
