OMShastri6964 Posted December 27, 2016 Report Posted December 27, 2016 Hi, My wife is from Canada and she recently got her H4 Stamp at POE. She wants to apply for her H4 EAD as she is eligible. In the documents to send to USCIS, it says H4 Approval notice needs to be sent but she does have a notice as she is a Canadian Citizen. How can she apply for H4 EAD in this case? Please let me know what you all think
