RFE on first amendment and second amendment is still in progress

Hi,

I have two h1b amendments in progress. 

1. First one was filed in March 2016 when I switched to another client in California from Michigan, and resigned in August 2016. No response on amendment from USCIS during that time. 

2. I switched to another job in August 2016 which is in Michigan. Filed a second amendment. 

In December 2016 I received RFE for first amendment. RFE is for employer- employee relationship( even I supplied client letter). No response on second amendment as of now. 

My question: in this scenario what should I do about RFE for first amendment and processing for second amendment.
