Chances for RFE on H1b employer change when out of status

Hi ,

     My last day of employment with Company A was 12/7/2016. I have already found a new job and Company B be soon applying for H1b. I wanted to ask if I apply for H1b transfer and 30 days have passed since my last day what are the chances I am going to get RFE/consular prcessing? If I do get such thing what do lawyers generally reply in such situation?

Either you will get approved with an I94 or without I94 or denied. Chances of the "transfer" going through are heavily dependent on the credibility of both companies.
