pushkar Posted December 25, 2016 Report Posted December 25, 2016 We know that new rules are expected to go into effect on Jan 17th. According to these rules a company cannot revoke i-140. Will dependant H4 spouse (with EAD) be able to continue to work with same EAD after H1B holder changes the job? Thanks for help.
