hannah16 Posted December 24, 2016 Report Posted December 24, 2016 My L1-B Visa valid till Feb 2018 but I-94 is expired on Oct 03,2016. We have applied for my l1b extension in July 2016 and its current status "Request For Evidence"(RFE). I wanted to know if we have any other option to avoid risk of my extension request getting denied and my Visa become invalid after that. My company suggest me that they will withdraw my extension application and then I travel out and reenter US to renew my i94. but my i94 has been expired on Oct 2016. My question is: If my company withdraw my extension application, can I travel out then re-enter USA on January 2017 without any difficulty saying my I -94 is already expired on Oct 03,2016 and my application is in rfe with USCIS?
