RFE on family based GC filling

Few weeks back we did the concurrent filing of I-130 and I-485 forms as my wife is a US citizen. Along with these forms we also submitted below documents:

 

1. I-797 (H1B copy)

2. Passport Copy

3. Marriage Certificate,

4. 10th grade Marksheet (As an evidence of birth certificate)

5. Naturalization certificate of Citizenship of my wife.

6. Passport Photos. 

7. G-325a for both. 

 

 

 

We received RFE letter from USCIS last week.  Attached are the copies of RFE pages. 

 

RFE 1. Submit I-864 form, Affidavit of support on form I-130. 

- In response to this RFE, Along with I-864 form, we are planning to include: 

 

1. All tax return documents of my wife's last 2 year (She is only working from last 2 years)

2. All tax return documents of myself of last 3 years. 

 

 

RFE 2. Secondary evidence of Birth Certificate. 

- I only submitted my 10th class as proof of birth certificate. Original birth certificate does not have name on it. In response to this RFE we are planning to include:

 

1. Copy of Birth certificate

2. Copy of English translation affidavit.

3. Original Birth Affidavit from Father

4. Original Birth Affidavit from Mother.

 

 

Is all the above documents should be enough for this RFE?
