Working on EVVC Modal. Is it safe for Visa stamping with this model in Feb-2017?

Hi,

I am working on Emp-Vender-Vendor-Client modal. Will be going to India in Feb-2017. I am planning for H1B Visa Interview in Hyderabad in Feb-2017. 
Is it fine to go to stamping in current situation?

I suggest you to go for a stamping before Jan 20. Normally there will be a lot of rejections during presidential transition period.

In such a situation, there isn't really an employer-employee relationship, so it is very risky.

Find another employer, without middle vendors.

That should not be an issue if you can provide the proper letters/documents to show the relation between each party. Be prepared on the questions such as how did your employer find this job/project etc.
