Employer name is different in PERM and W2

Hi,

I have been working with this company for 3 years. My PERM was  certified this year with this company, the payroll my company runs is with its sister company name (different company with unique tax id  ) , so my paystubs and W2 shows my employer name as the sister company name. When I applied for my I-140 got a RFE from USCIS stating  they are 2 separate companies each with a different tax number. But both the company have the same owner (CEO) its just they are running payroll with its affiliated company. Any suggestions appreciated.
