Please Help!! Visa Expires in Oct 2017, Can I Go for stamping in Feb 2017 without extension?

Hi,

My Visa was approved till Oct 2018, but my recent amendment was approved with an expiry date of Oct 2017. 

I have to Go to india in Feb 2017 - returning in March 2017. Can i get my stamping done in the period without my Extension filed- As you can only file your extension within a 6 month period. 

 

Will this cause any problems. Any Help Appreciated.

You don't need a new visa. You can use the existing visa until its expiration date.
