I am working with my senior management on an arrangement to reduce my workload from 100% to 60% while I focus the rest 40% on personal family issues. Accordingly my salary would be reduced to 60% of the current amount. - Is it possible to do this amendment to my L1B visa? - If yes, what is the procedure, processing time (normal, premium) and fees (premium and normal)?
