KCHAITA Posted December 16, 2016 Report Posted December 16, 2016 Hi All, i visited US in Jan 2015 through employer A. Later on oct 2015 transfered to Employer B. From employer A the stamping is valid till sep 2017. But i visited india and droped a passport in drop box on Dec 1st 2016. Today i got a email that. A letter has been sent along with your passport to the document pick up location, please collect the letter and follow instructions. i think they issued a 221g. Can i travel back to US when i recived a passport with out responding 221g by using previous stamping which is valid till sep 2017!!!! Is there any chance to cancel my stamping by consulate people...Still iam waiting for passport .... Can some please help me on this
shekar11# Posted December 16, 2016 Report Posted December 16, 2016 If the consulate has not cancelled your employer A visa stamp then you can travel or else you need to respond to 221G.
