talla Posted December 16, 2016 Report Posted December 16, 2016 Hi Team, I am in great need of help to understand my next steps. I have applied my H1b from an Legitimate employer from US in 2015 for 2016 quota and got RFE on my case before H1b approval. Our employer has approached Murthy Firm to help resolve my RFE to get my H1b approval and then I got my H1b approved under COS and on january 2016 I got my H1b approved with no I-94 on it. I went for visa interview in New Delhi ,India April 2016 as I had no dates available then got a221g form asking asking me to submit my F1 documents and latter reinvited for 2 nd interview and then asked for my employer tax returns for 2015 which my employer has not yet filed and had some extension fro state. On July 2016 my employer gave me all tax papers and submitted them along with list of employees and titles the Visa officer asked and then I got 221g and y case was in admin process and after 6 months today on December 16th 2016 I got a postal email saying that my H1b has sent for revocation and the reasons are not yet known. At this point of time do I have any chances that my employer can contact USCIS and stop my revocation. DO I have any options of transferring the petition to any other company Kindly help me
shekar11# Posted December 16, 2016 Report Posted December 16, 2016 You need to get in touch with an attorney soon. That is the best option right now. Murthy firm has an office in Chennai also.
