Urgent Guidance Needed - H1 Transfer in Place. Can Amendment filed??

Hi,

I moved from Employer A to B on Normal Processing. H1B Transfer is not done yet.

The First Project through B didn't start. By the time I had moved out of Employer A.

Currently for last 2.5 Months, my new employer B had been paying  Salary to keep me in State Position.

Now I have got a project through B now.

1. Should we need to file an Amendment from Client A to B under Employer B?? If Amendment cannot be applied now as the transfer isn't complete and its in Progress, when will it be appropriate to apply for Amendment from Client A to B?? 

2.  What are risks involved during the H1B Transfer from A to B?
