H1B transfer to third company

Hello,
I have a question on my H1B petition approved this year.
My parent company is A and i'm doing consulting job for company B through A. Company B wanted to hire me full time and filed H1B petition for 2016 quota. It got approved and also, company B mailed me the hard copy of h1b approval. I suppose to get job offer from Company B, get visa stamping and join by mid of October. But company B is delaying to get me onboard due to some issues. So I haven't yet done stamping.
My question is, is it possible to join company C if I get an offer and utilize the H1B filed by Company B? Will there be any problem from company B like revoking / cancelling my approved h1b?

If above is not possible, can company B work with one of its subsidiary company and transfer h1b so that I can work for it's subsidiary company.
