rajkss Posted December 13, 2016 Report Posted December 13, 2016 My Employer filed H1B for 2015 and told me that I didnt get selected in Lottery and sent me the rejection letter by end of July but when I query for the ETA/LAC number (that was mentioned in the I129 document) in the iCERT Portal. Please advice if everything is ok in this scenario.
