h1b two different approved amendment along with original petition

Really need help here. I work for an reputed Indian service based company. They had filed my h1 and it was approved. This was my original h1 petition. Since there was no position at the client location company could not send me and applied amendment  for another client project which got denied and went up to MTR. This was entirely USCIS fault. It has been 7 months now and no response. I found new client project and they want to apply amendment in premium process. 

Now there is conflict. Applying for new amendment while MTR still awaiting. What if any chance both get approved what can I do. What if MTR get approved after new amendment, My question is if I have two approved amendment for different clients. Can I enter US with anyone approved petition or I can enter only with the latest approved one. Does the approval sequence matters. Please help.
