Chandrasekaran Posted December 11, 2016 Report Posted December 11, 2016 Been in USA with H1B visa from 2007 till 2008 (about 1.5 years) and followed by L1B visa from 2010 till 2011 (about 1.5 years). Stayed for 3 years totally including both H1 and L1. I was in L1 status till 2011 which falls within last 6 years, I am not sure whether I Can reclaim the 3 years which is used from my old H1? Please advise.
