Sadiur Rahman Posted December 10, 2016 Report Posted December 10, 2016 Hello everyone, I attended F1 visa interview at Kolkata embassy for Northeastern University, Boston MSCS. I have attached my visa interview experience. I got 221G at the end of the interview, the VO kept my passport and didn't see any other documents. I have also appeared for B1B2 visa in 2015 and got a 221G that time too which was cleared in 12 days.I also travelled to US for 7 days. My program start date is 9th January, 2016 and I need to pay fees by 15th December. Can anyone please tell me how much time it typically takes ? Any input will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
shekar11# Posted December 14, 2016 Report Posted December 14, 2016 It will take minimum 2 or 3 weeks. If you don't get visa in time you can defer your admission to next semester.
