H1B Approval with Validity Wrong start Date

my new employer filed h1b transfer  on Aug 3rd 2016 & i received  h1b  on Aug 8th 2016 .i started working with new employer on the receipt notice form Aug 15th 2016  & Nov 28th 2016 , we have received h1b approval But the validity start date on  H1B was starting on Nov 27th 2016 instead of actual h1b transfer initiated date i.e Aug 3rd 2016 .

is this an issue since i started working with my new employer from Aug 15th 2016 ? my employer said that he is working with attorney on this . But employer didn't provide any feed back so far .i would request any one who has suggestion , pl respond to discussion on the next steps

Your employer's attorney needs to get it corrected with USCIS.
