H4 -Do you have any immediate relatives ,not including parents in the United States

Hello,

I have my H1-B stamped recently under drop box,I'm filling out the DS-160 form for my wife H4 visa(eligible for dropbox). I have a question under the Family Information- Relatives section i.e.  "Do you have any immediate relatives ,not including parents in the United States ?".Currently I'm India and will be flying to United States in next 2 days. What should I answer to this question. My wife is planning to go for drop box tomorrow

 

Please could you assist me on the above mentioned question
