Anu5 Posted December 7, 2016 Report Posted December 7, 2016 Hi, I am currently on h4 visa .My spouse's employer planning to apply for GC .I would like to know if he gets his I-140 aproved will I be able to apply for h4 EAD? Somewhere I read compelling reasons required to get h4 EAD according to new rule. Will you please clear my confusion here ? Thanks in advance!
