Convert H1 to L1, stay available on L1

I am here on H1 and have 2 years left on my stay. Can my company apply L1 for me? I am playing project manager role and also played the same role in India for 4 to 5 yrs. My company has its base in India.

 

Also, will I get full 7 years stay on L1 if I can apply and it is approved?

For an L1, you have to have worked for the company abroad for at least a year in the last 3 years. If you've been here on H1 in the last 4 years (with 2 years left), that obviously wouldn't be possible.
